Duties and responsibilities
- Cold Calling & Sales: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to sell products/services, and handle incoming inquiries.
- Persuasion: Utilize prepared scripts to highlight product features, benefits, and pricing to persuade customers to buy.
- Lead Management: Ask qualifying questions to understand customer needs, and maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer data in the database.
- Objection Handling: Confidently address customer doubts, complaints, or rejections to uphold the company’s reputation and close sales.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and performance metrics.
- Data Entry: Accurately record customer personal information, payment details, and interaction notes.
Skills and qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as a telemarketer, sales representative, or in a similar customer-focused role.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills in English (or the required language) and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Persuasion & Negotiation: Strong sales ability, including the capacity to handle objections and close deals.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using telephone systems, headsets, and CRM software.
- Resilience: Patient and cool-tempered, capable of handling rejection and high-pressure situations.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is generally required.

- Conversion rate (calls-to-sales)
- Number of calls made per day
- Revenue generated
- Quality of data entered
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
