Position: ITI Welder
Qualification: ITI in Welder Trade
Experience: Fresher / Experienced
Key Responsibilities
- Perform welding operations using Arc, MIG, TIG, or Gas welding methods.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
- Prepare metal surfaces by cutting, grinding, and cleaning before welding.
- Align, fit, and assemble metal parts according to specifications.
- Inspect welds for quality, strength, and dimensional accuracy.
- Repair defective welds and perform rework when required.
- Operate welding machines, gas-cutting equipment, and hand tools safely.
- Follow welding procedures and production schedules.
- Maintain welding equipment and perform routine maintenance.
- Use PPE and comply with workplace safety regulations.
- Coordinate with fitters, fabricators, supervisors, and production teams.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of MIG, TIG, Arc, and Gas Welding.
- Ability to read technical drawings and welding specifications.
- Understanding of fabrication and metalworking processes.
- Knowledge of welding safety practices and PPE.
- Attention to detail and quality control.
- Basic measuring and inspection skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
