Key Responsibilities
- Provide medical care and daily assessment of admitted patients under the guidance of consultants.
- Attend ward rounds and implement treatment plans as advised by the treating consultant.
- Monitor patients' clinical condition and respond promptly to any deterioration.
- Examine patients, document clinical findings, and maintain accurate medical records.
- Prescribe medications and investigations as per consultant instructions and hospital protocols.
- Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, and other departments for timely patient management.
- Attend medical emergencies within the ward and provide immediate stabilization until the consultant arrives.
- Prepare discharge summaries, referral notes, death summaries, and other medical documentation.
- Counsel patients and relatives regarding treatment plans, investigations, and follow-up care.
- Ensure timely completion of admission, transfer, and discharge procedures.
- Follow infection control practices, patient safety protocols, and NABH standards.
- Maintain proper handover during shift changes.
- Participate in clinical meetings, audits, and continuing medical education (CME) programs.
- Perform any additional clinical duties assigned by the Medical Superintendent or Hospital Management.
Required Qualifications
- MBBS from a recognized medical college.
- Valid registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) or State Medical Council.
- Freshers or experienced candidates may apply (hospital policy applicable).
- ACLS/BLS certification will be an added advantage.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
