What you will do:
The Senior Automation Developer will lead the design, development, and deployment of end to end automation solutions on Ericsson’s MITO platform. This role requires strong technical ownership, full stack development capability, and the ability to drive automation use cases from concept to production.
- End to End Ownership: Manage automation use cases across requirement gathering, solution design, development, UAT, and production rollout.
- MITO Development: Build and maintain automation workflows within the MITO Tools ecosystem.
- System Integration: Develop integrations using SOAP and REST APIs, enabling seamless data exchange across platforms.
- Full Stack Engineering: Deliver clean, maintainable code across backend (Java/Spring Boot), frontend (HTML/CSS/JavaScript), and scripting (Python).
- Database Operations: Write and optimize SQL queries for both relational and NoSQL database environments.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross functional teams and business partners to ensure alignment with KPIs and technical requirements.

Backend: Java (Spring Boot)
Scripting/AI: Python (automation, data processing)
Frontend: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript (React/Angular preferred)
Integrations: REST APIs, SOAP, RabbitMQ/event driven architecture
Databases: SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL), NoSQL (Elasticsearch/Cassandra)
- 4–8 years in software or network automation development
- Demonstrated delivery of 5–10 complex automation use cases independently
- Foundational understanding of IT architecture
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Electronics & Communication
