Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and converting leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with potential customers through calls, emails, and WhatsApp
- Present and explain products/services to generate interest
- Follow up on leads and maintain strong relationships
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM/Excel
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM tools
- Ability to handle objections and close deals
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate (Btech, BCom, BBA, MBA, etc.)
- 0–2 years of experience in sales/tele-calling/inside sales
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
