Role: Management Trainee – Sales
We are hiring Management Trainees – Sales for multiple locations across India. This role offers structured training and hands-on exposure to B2B sales, customer relationship management, and market development, preparing candidates for future leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in managing existing customer accounts and developing new business opportunities.
- Visit clients, conduct product presentations, and promote the company's premium food portfolio.
- Generate enquiries, collect orders, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding pricing, inventory, and order execution.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, proposals, forecasts, and market analysis.
- Participate in product demonstrations, tastings, and promotional activities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while delivering exceptional service.
- Learn end-to-end sales operations through structured training and mentorship.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Customer-focused with an interest in B2B sales and business development.
- Passion for the food, bakery, hospitality, or FMCG industry.
- Internship or prior experience in FMCG or B2B sales is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM tools is preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively and relocate, if required.
Job Location
Multiple locations across India (Pan India). Candidates should be open to travel and work in their assigned territory.
