A Business Development Manager (BDM) in the education industry drives revenue growth and expands the organization's market reach. - Partnership Building: Form strong alliances with other schools, universities, and businesses to increase student enrollment and program reach.
- Lead Generation: Find new clients, such as school districts for EdTech, or parents and students for private tutoring and study abroad.
- Sales & Revenue: Create sales plans, negotiate contracts, and meet revenue and admission goals.
- Market Research: Study industry trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to host seminars, webinars, and events that boost brand awareness.
Key Requirements
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Usually 2 to 5 years of sales or B2B (Business to Business) experience, preferably in the education or EdTech sector.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills. Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software is a plus.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
