We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist clients with planning and booking international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transportation, tours, and vacation packages. The Travel Consultant will provide exceptional customer service, offer travel recommendations, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience for every client.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and requirements
- Research and recommend travel destinations, accommodations, transportation, and tour packages
- Book flights, hotels, cruises, rental cars, travel insurance, and other travel services
- Provide clients with accurate information regarding itineraries, travel regulations, visa requirements, and safety guidelines
- Handle changes, cancellations, and travel-related issues professionally and efficiently
- Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth through upselling and cross-selling travel services
Experience Required
1 to 5 years of experience in Travel Consulting, Travel Sales, or a related role
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Travel Consultant, Travel Agent, sales role
- Strong knowledge of international travel destinations
- Familiarity with travel booking systems and online reservation platforms
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Degree or certification in Travel & Tourism is preferred but not required
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
