A Senior Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth, managing key customers, and expanding distributor and retailer networks.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Appoint and manage distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
Develop new markets and increase brand presence.
Lead and support junior sales executives.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Ensure timely collections and payment follow-ups.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
Conduct retailer visits and promotional activities.
