We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and passionate Senior Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of classic cocktails, premium spirits, bar operations, inventory management, and guest service. The role requires someone who can lead the bar team, maintain high service standards, and contribute to menu innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per recipes and brand standards.
- Create high-quality classic and signature cocktails.
- Ensure consistency in drink quality, presentation, and portion control.
- Supervise daily bar operations and support junior bartenders.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area at all times.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate daily requisitions.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and minimize beverage wastage.
- Follow standard recipes and maintain beverage cost targets.
- Ensure proper storage of liquor, mixers, garnishes, and bar supplies.
- Verify guest age wherever required and ensure responsible alcohol service.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve service concerns.
- Train new team members on bar operations and service standards.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and licensing regulations.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience as a Bartender, with at least 2 - 3 years in a Senior Bartender role
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and mixology.
- Experience working in premium restaurants, cafés, hotels, or cocktail bars.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership ability with experience managing a bar team.
- Good understanding of inventory control and beverage costing.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Well-groomed, confident, and guest-focused personality.
Preferred Skills
- Flair bartending or mixology certification is an advantage.
- Experience creating seasonal or signature cocktail menus.
- Knowledge of POS systems and daily bar reporting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
