Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive with strong communication and client-handling skills. The ideal candidate should be confident in lead generation, client interaction, business development, and closing deals.
This role requires someone who can manage the complete sales cycle, understand client requirements, and offer suitable IT and digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Conduct client meetings and sales presentations (virtual/in-person)
- Understand client requirements and provide customized business solutions
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and CRM records
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and delivery
- Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry developments
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development
- Prior experience in IT Sales, BFSI, EdTech, Digital Services, or related industries preferred
- Strong experience in lead generation and client acquisition
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Basic understanding of Web Development, Mobile Applications, SEO, and Digital Solutions
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
