Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Beauty & Hair Trainer to train, mentor, and develop salon staff in beauty treatments, hair care, styling techniques, customer service, and product knowledge. The candidate should have strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions on hair cutting, hair styling, hair coloring, hair treatments, skincare, and beauty services.
- Train new employees on salon standards, SOPs, and customer handling.
- Demonstrate beauty and hair techniques to trainees.
- Assess trainee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Develop training materials, manuals, and presentations.
- Ensure staff follows hygiene, safety, and grooming standards.
- Stay updated with the latest beauty and hair industry trends.
- Support salon teams in achieving service quality standards.
- Coordinate with management regarding training schedules and employee development.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of hair cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments.
- Knowledge of beauty services such as facials, waxing, threading, and makeup.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to train and motivate teams.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Good understanding of salon operations and customer service.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Certification in Beauty & Hair Styling.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in the beauty and salon industry.
- Prior training experience will be preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
