Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Business Development Manager to expand our jewellery business, develop new markets, and strengthen relationships with dealers, retailers, and distributors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the jewellery market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and channel partners
- Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Coordinate with production, design, and sales teams
- Negotiate deals, pricing, and contracts
- Represent the company in exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager / Sales Manager (Jewellery industry preferred)
- Strong understanding of jewellery manufacturing and market trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to travel for business development activities
- Target-oriented and self-motivated professional
