We are a reputed Trust managing educational institutions, healthcare facilities, and allied service organizations. We are seeking an experienced Facility Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance, safety, and efficient operation of our facilities and infrastructure.
Key ResponsibilitiesFacility Operations & Maintenance
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities for all buildings and facilities.
- Ensure proper functioning of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, DG sets, lifts, water systems, and other utilities.
- Monitor facility performance and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain all facilities in a safe, clean, and functional condition.
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings, classrooms, offices, laboratories, healthcare facilities, and common areas.
- Identify maintenance requirements and ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Coordinate renovation, refurbishment, and minor construction projects.
- Manage maintenance contractors, service providers, and AMC vendors.
- Evaluate vendor performance and ensure compliance with service agreements.
- Obtain quotations, negotiate contracts, and monitor maintenance expenditures.
- Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations and organizational policies.
- Coordinate fire safety inspections, emergency preparedness drills, and safety audits.
- Maintain records related to licenses, certifications, and regulatory inspections.
- Ensure compliance with local authority requirements and facility-related regulations.
- Prepare annual maintenance budgets and monitor expenses.
- Maintain inventory of maintenance tools, equipment, and consumables.
- Optimize maintenance costs without compromising quality and safety.
- Maintain maintenance logs, service records, asset registers, and AMC schedules.
- Prepare periodic reports on facility performance, maintenance activities, and capital requirements.
- Recommend infrastructure improvements and long-term maintenance plans.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in facility management, maintenance operations, or infrastructure management.
- Experience in managing schools, hospitals, large campuses, commercial buildings, or institutional facilities will be preferred.
- Knowledge of building systems, preventive maintenance, safety standards, and statutory compliance requirements.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
