We are a fast-growing WealthTech company and are seeking an experienced Human Resource professional who can independently manage the complete employee lifecycle in a dynamic startup environment. The role involves close coordination with founders and hands-on execution rather than policy-only experience. This role demands a balance of technical proficiency, process excellence, and people management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition
- End-to-end recruitment for roles across Accounting, Technical Support, Product, Technology, Business and Marketing.
- Sourcing candidates through portals, referrals, LinkedIn, and networks
- Screening, interviewing, coordinating technical/functional rounds
- Offer rollout, negotiations, and closing candidates
- Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle
- Managing onboarding documentation, induction, and joining formalities
- Handling confirmations, role changes, performance discussions, and exits
- Conducting exit formalities and ensuring smooth offboarding
- HR Operations
- Managing attendance, leave records, and HR documentation etc
- Supporting payroll inputs and coordination with finance/accounts teams
- Ensuring compliance with basic labour and employment practices (as applicable to startups)
- Investor Relations
- Working closely with founders and leadership on hiring plans, team structuring, and people strategy
- Coordinating with investors/advisors where required on hiring updates and workforce planning
- Cultural & Employee welfare
- Supporting employee engagement initiatives
- Maintaining a professional yet startup-friendly work culture
- Managing HR for a team size of minimum 10+ employees
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a startup environment
- Proven experience hiring in Accounting / WealthTech / FinTech / SaaS / Tech
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment and HR operations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable handling ambiguity and fast-paced startup growth
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working directly with founders
- Exposure to scaling teams in early or growth-stage startups
- Hands-on mindset (execution-focused rather than policy-heavy)
