The Associate Manager, Business Development will drive commercial growth across key GCC markets through effective customer management, distributor partnerships, and execution excellence.
This role will play a critical part in supporting Hershey's growth ambitions in UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the wider GCC region by developing strong customer relationships, driving sales performance, and ensuring flawless market execution.
- Manage strategic retail customers across GCC markets.
- Develop customer growth plans and joint business plans.
- Execute promotional and commercial strategies.
- Partner with distributors to drive growth and execution.
- Monitor distributor performance and compliance.
- Improve sales effectiveness and market coverage.
- Ensure strong in-store execution.
- Drive visibility, distribution, and assortment objectives.
- Support innovation launches and promotional campaigns.
- Support online customer growth strategies.
- Partner with digital commerce platforms.
- Monitor online performance metrics and opportunities.
Business Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze sales trends and customer performance.
- Generate actionable insights.
- Support forecast and business planning activities.
- 7+ years of commercial experience within FMCG.
- UAE and Saudi market exposure.
- Key Account Management experience.
- Distributor Management experience.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
- E-commerce experience.
- Multi-country GCC exposure.
- Experience within multinational FMCG organizations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related discipline.
