Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the company's long-term business objectives.
- Build and standardize HR systems, policies, SOPs, and processes comparable to leading real estate organizations.
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, including workforce planning, employer branding, recruitment, and onboarding.
- Design and implement structured induction, training, learning, and leadership development programs.
- Establish and manage performance management systems, including KPIs, KRAs, appraisals, feedback, and succession planning.
- Develop competitive compensation, benefits, and employee retention strategies.
- Create and enforce HR policies, employee discipline frameworks, and statutory compliance processes.
- Drive employee engagement, organizational culture, and initiatives to improve productivity and retention.
- Partner with department heads to improve accountability, performance, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Build HR dashboards and MIS reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and employment regulations.
- Lead HR automation, digitization, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Mentor and develop the HR team while creating scalable HR systems to support business growth.
- Work closely with senior management to implement strategic HR initiatives and organizational development programs.
- Ensure execution of HR initiatives on the ground with measurable outcomes rather than only recommending improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- MBA/MSW in Human Resources or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Mandatory experience in the Real Estate industry, preferably with reputed developers in ahmedabad, Mumbai, Delhi and NCR.
- Proven experience in building HR systems and processes from the ground up.
- Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, and HR Operations.
- Hands-on experience implementing HRMS and digital HR processes.
- Excellent knowledge of Indian labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR governance.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and change management capabilities.
- Ability to influence senior leadership and collaborate effectively with department heads.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience using HR metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Strong execution capability with a practical, result-oriented approach.
- Experience managing HR for organizations with 200+ employees and multi-department operations will be highly preferred.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
