At Inniti Technologies, we build industry-focused ERP solutions for Construction, Infrastructure, and Ready-Mix Concrete businesses. We are looking for a UI/UX Developer who can bridge the gap between design and development by creating modern, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces.
What You'll Do
- Convert designs into responsive web applications
- Develop reusable UI components and design systems
- Build modern interfaces using Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Ensure pixel-perfect implementation across devices and browsers
- Improve user experience across ERP modules and mobile applications
- Collaborate with Product, Development, and QA teams
- Optimize performance, accessibility, and usability
- Participate in UI reviews and continuous design improvements
Required Skills
- Strong HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript knowledge
- Experience with Angular (preferred) or React
- Good understanding of responsive design principles
- Experience converting designs into production-ready screens
- Knowledge of Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or similar frameworks
- Understanding of UI/UX best practices and design systems
- Experience with Git version control
- Strong attention to detail
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ERP, SaaS, or enterprise applications
- Angular Material experience
- Flutter UI development knowledge
- Basic understanding of user journey mapping and usability principles
- Experience with animations and modern UI interactions
