We are seeking a Lead Product Manager to join our global Airline Offer Optimization Product team, where innovation knows no borders. This team helps airlines optimize revenue and passenger experiences through advanced dynamic pricing capabilities. It turns complex market data into real-time retail choices so airlines can deliver precise offers. As a Lead Product Manager, you will lead the strategy for bundle optimization solutions with packages flights with ancillaries like seats and bags into dynamically priced offers to increase retail revenue. You will partner across product and engineering teams to translate market needs into scalable software. This role requires analytical thinking, airline domain expertise and a proactive approach. You will operate independently to guide large projects and deliver significant team impact.
What you'll do
- Lead the product vision, strategy and roadmap for bundle optimization solutions.
- Define product requirements and prioritize backlogs based on customer needs and business impact.
- Partner with engineering teams to deliver scalable software across the product life cycle.
- Engage airline customers to validate use cases and accelerate capability adoption.
- Use generative AI tools to streamline workflow design, improve requirement quality and accelerate delivery.
What you'll bring
- Minimum 6 years of experience in product management, revenue management or airline technology.
- Deep domain knowledge in airline pricing, revenue optimization and New Distribution Capability (NDC) systems.
- Proven success turning complex data into scalable product strategies and positive business outcomes.
- Strong ability to guide cross-functional teams and influence diverse stakeholder groups.
- Practical experience using generative AI or analytics tools to improve operational productivity.
