We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Data Analyst / Data Strategist to manage and streamline company-wide operational data. The candidate will own end-to-end data management, maintain structured databases, generate MIS reports, and support management with accurate business insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize company data across training & staffing operations
- Create and maintain structured databases and reporting systems
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for management
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely updates
- Coordinate with internal teams to close data gaps
- Prepare dashboards and operational performance reports
- Support business decision-making through data analysis
Required Skills
- Strong MS Excel & MIS reporting skills
- Excellent data organization and analytical abilities
- Strong ownership and attention to detail
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Experience in Training/Staffing industry preferred
Qualification
- Any Graduate
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in MIS/Data Management/Operations Reporting
Pay: ₹11,102.52 - ₹40,000.00 per month
