Job Summary
Madrid Software is looking for a knowledgeable and passionate Generative AI + Machine Learning Trainer to join our training team in Saket, New Delhi. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and Python, along with the ability to teach technical concepts through hands-on projects and real-world applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and practical training sessions on Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Generative AI.
- Design and deliver structured course content, presentations, assignments, and hands-on projects.
- Train students through practical demonstrations, coding exercises, and real-world use cases.
- Guide students in developing, testing, deploying, and evaluating ML and AI models.
- Explain complex AI/ML concepts in a simple and easy-to-understand manner.
- Guide students in building industry-relevant AI/ML and Generative AI projects.
- Conduct assessments, coding exercises, mock interviews, and project evaluations.
- Provide mentorship and technical support to students throughout their learning journey.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Generative AI, LLMs, AI tools, frameworks, and Machine Learning technologies.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with the training team to continuously improve course curriculum and learning outcomes.

Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year of relevant experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, Data Science, technical training, or a combination of these.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and Machine Learning.
- Practical understanding of Generative AI and modern LLM-based applications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to students with different levels of knowledge.
- Experience conducting classroom, online, or corporate technical training is preferred.
- Strong project-building and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates with industry experience and a portfolio of AI/ML projects are highly preferred.
