Role Overview
We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Sales Manager to lead corporate revenue growth for our multi-property cluster in the heart of Hyderabad’s tech hub. You will be the face of our properties to the city’s leading IT giants and global conglomerates, responsible for driving high-volume corporate contracts and high-yield banquet business.
Key Responsibilities
Cluster Revenue Leadership: Architect and execute sales strategies to outperform RevPAR and banquet targets across multiple properties simultaneously.
High-Stakes Corporate Acquisition: Hunt and secure high-value RFPs and annual contracts from companies within the HITEC City and Gachibowli corridors.
Relationship Excellence: Act as a strategic partner to corporate travel desks and event planners, conducting high-impact site inspections and "experience tours."
Strategic Negotiations: Lead the end-to-end sales lifecycle—from responding to complex RFPs to closing multi-million rupee group deals and ensuring seamless contract renewals.
Market Intelligence: Serve as the local market expert; monitor competitor pricing, new inventory launches, and shifting corporate travel policies to maintain our competitive edge.
Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate with Revenue Management and Operations to ensure that client promises are delivered flawlessly on-ground.
Data-Driven Reporting: Deliver precise monthly forecasts and performance analytics to the leadership team, identifying growth gaps and new market segments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven Track Record: 5–8 years of progressive sales experience in the hospitality industry (at least 2 years in a Senior or Lead role handling multi-property or cluster sales).
Hyderabad Expertise: An established, "warm" network of corporate decision-makers and TMCs (Travel Management Companies) specifically in the Hyderabad market.
Communication: Elite negotiation and presentation skills; ability to navigate conversations with C-suite executives and procurement heads.
Education: Degree in Hotel Management (BHM) or an MBA in Marketing/Business.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
