About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Team Leader to lead and motivate our sales team while driving revenue growth for Lappy Maker's laptop repair, laptop rental, refurbished laptops, and IT support services. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate new business opportunities.
- Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into customers for laptop repair, laptop rental, refurbished laptops, and IT support services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual clients.
- Handle client escalations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the operations and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and present performance updates to management.
- Train and onboard new sales executives on products, sales processes, and customer handling.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a team handling or leadership role.
- Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Experience in B2B and B2C sales.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in IT services, electronics, or laptop repair and rental services.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in leading telesales or inside sales teams.
- Knowledge of laptop repair services, refurbished laptops, laptop rentals, or IT support services.
- Strong client relationship management and business development skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Experience in corporate sales and key account management will be an added advantage.
