Branch Manager – Jewellery Showroom
Location: Perambalur, Tamil Nadu
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our jewellery showroom operations in Perambalur. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a customer-focused approach, and a proven track record in driving sales and managing retail operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
- Monitor inventory, stock movement, and showroom maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.
- Coordinate with the Head Office for smooth branch operations.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- 1–3 years of retail experience, preferably in the jewellery industry.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a Branch Manager or Store Manager role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and retail billing/ERP software is preferred.
