Job Summary
We are looking for a Service Call Coordinator to manage customer service requests, assign service engineers, track call closures, and ensure timely support delivery. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate between customers, field engineers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and log customer service calls, emails, and support requests.
- Create and assign service tickets to engineers.
- Schedule preventive maintenance visits and service calls.
- Follow up with customers regarding service status and closure.
- Coordinate with engineers for updates and resolution.
- Maintain service records, call reports, and customer databases.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly service reports.
- Escalate critical issues to management when required.
- Ensure SLA compliance and timely call closure.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, and email communication.
- Ability to handle multiple customer requests simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Experience in customer service or service coordination is preferred.
Qualification
- Any Degree / Diploma.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer support, service coordination, or administration.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
Preferred Candidate
- Based in Kochi or nearby locations.
- Experience in IT hardware, networking, printer, or facility service coordination is an added advantage.
Salary
- As per company standards and experience.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
