Job Description:
We are hiring a Social Media Manager to handle and manage the company’s social media platforms. The candidate will be responsible for content planning, posting, and performance tracking.
Responsibilities:
- Manage social media accounts such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
- Create and schedule posts on a regular basis
- Develop content ideas including images, videos, and captions
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages
- Track performance and prepare basic reports
- Coordinate with the design or marketing team for content
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and trends
- Good communication and writing skills
- Ability to handle daily posting and coordination
- Basic understanding of analytics tools
Preferred Skills:
- Basic video editing knowledge (Reels/Shorts)
- Experience using tools like Meta Business Suite or similar
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
