We are seeking a skilled Draftsman to join our team of Architects and Engineers. Your primary responsibility will be to create accurate and precise drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software and ensure that they adhere to specifications and building processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Drafter or similar role in an architectural or engineering environment.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of architectural and engineering principles, building codes, and construction processes.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in creating technical drawings.
- Ability to interpret and understand complex design concepts and specifications.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills for calculating material and equipment requirements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
- Diploma or degree in Architectural Drafting, Engineering Design, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with 3D modeling software and rendering tools is a plus.
