Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients and understand their requirements.
- Manage end-to-end order execution by coordinating with the Design, Production, Dispatch, and Accounts teams.
- Share project updates with clients and ensure timely delivery.
- Handle client queries, follow-ups, approvals, and payment coordination.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Eligibility
- Experience: 2–5 Years
- Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)
- Good communication, coordination, and Microsoft Office skills.
Working Schedule
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Office Timings: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
