Job Title: Civil Site Engineer (Building Construction & Interior Works)
Location: Mumbai / Navi Mumbai
Preference: Only Mumbai & Navi Mumbai Residents
Key Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Real Estate Developer, Luxury Interiors, Commercial Interiors, Residential Projects.
- Minimum 4-8 years of experience in building construction and interior fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of RCC structures, beams, columns, slabs, foundations, and complete building construction from scratch.
- Experience working with reputed developers, builders, or construction companies.
- Good understanding of modern interior execution, including:
- Luxury residential and commercial interiors
- Furniture and sofa installations
- Flooring, tiles, and stone work
- Italian marble installation and finishing
- False ceiling and partition works
- Lift coordination and finishing activities
- Ability to read and execute architectural, structural, and interior drawings.
- Experience in site supervision, contractor management, quality control, and project coordination.
- Knowledge of quantity estimation, material planning, billing, and project scheduling.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage complete civil construction activities from excavation to finishing.
- Supervise RCC works including beams, columns, slabs, and structural execution.
- Monitor interior fit-out works and ensure quality execution as per design specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and MEP teams.
- Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and safety compliance are maintained.
- Verify measurements, material consumption, and contractor bills.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports.
