Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Explain company services and products to customers.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate call records and update data regularly.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Ensure a professional and customer-friendly experience on every call.
Eligibility Criteria
- Good communication skills in Punjabi and Haryanvi.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
