Who We're Looking For
- AMI or IMTC Montessori trained. (Preference)
- Strong fluency in spoken and written English.
- A genuine passion for working with young children.
- Warm, patient, observant, and respectful in your approach.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Prior Montessori classroom experience is an added advantage.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and maintain a Montessori environment.
- Guide children with independence, curiosity, and confidence.
- Observe each child's developmental journey and support individual learning.
- Work collaboratively with fellow educators and families.
- Uphold the values and philosophy of authentic Montessori education.
