Job Summary
Cloud Architecture & Strategy Own the target cloud architecture, AWS landing zone design, and cloud adoption roadmap. Define architecture standards, reusable patterns, reference architectures, and engineering best practices. Ensure alignment of cloud solutions with business, security, compliance, and operational requirements. Technical Leadership & Governance Provide architectural governance and technical oversight across cloud programs and projects. Establish design review processes, architecture guardrails, and technical decision frameworks. Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards and cloud governance policies. Solution Design & Modernization Lead design and review of cloud-native, hybrid-cloud, and migration solutions. Assess technology options, architectural trade-offs, and modernization opportunities. Drive application modernization, platform transformation, and infrastructure optimization initiatives. Cloud Platform & Automation Review and optimize AWS platforms, cloud services, infrastructure-as-code, DevOps processes, and automation frameworks. Guide implementation of CI/CD pipelines, observability, security controls, and operational excellence practices. Promote automation, standardization, and engineering efficiency. Security, Risk & Compliance Ensure architecture aligns with security, regulatory, compliance, and risk management requirements. Define cloud security architecture, identity management, network security, and resilience strategies. Conduct architecture risk assessments and remediation planning. Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with business executives, product owners, engineering teams, and delivery leads. Provide architectural guidance and advisory support for cloud adoption and transformation initiatives. Present architecture roadmaps, recommendations, and investment strategies to leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver Aws Paas Solutions And Manage Infrastructure Provisioning By Implementing Infrastructure As Code (Iac) Using Terraform, Ensuring Timely Resolution Of Operational Escalations.
2. Generate And Analyze Tower-Level Revenue Reports, Utilizing Aws Analytics Tools To Track Performance Against Established Targets And Optimize Revenue Streams.
3. Ensure Operational Hygiene By Validating Reports Generated Through Aws Services And Terraform Configurations, Guaranteeing Adherence To Agreed-Upon Sow And Sla Norms.
4. Foster Customer Satisfaction By Developing Innovative Frameworks And Initiatives That Leverage Aws Capabilities, Enhancing Service Quality And Responsiveness.
5. Implement Profit Improvement Plans Through Automation Initiatives Utilizing Terraform, Driving Efficiency And Cost Reduction Within Support Operations.
Skill Requirements
1. In-Depth Knowledge Of Aws Paas Services And Their Application In Support Operations.
2. Solid Experience With Terraform For Infrastructure Automation And Management.
3. Proficient In Monitoring And Reporting Tools Within The Aws Ecosystem For Operational Oversight.
4. Strong Understanding Of Service Level Agreements And Operational Processes In Support Environments.
