Technical & Service Responsibilities
- Carry out installation, commissioning, servicing, and breakdown maintenance of DG sets and allied equipment.
- Diagnose and rectify electrical, mechanical, and engine-related faults efficiently.
- Perform preventive maintenance visits as per schedule.
- Attend customer complaints within defined TAT and ensure proper closure.
- Carry out engine overhauling, alternator repairs, and control panel checks (as applicable).
- Maintain proper tools, equipment, and company assets assigned.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare and submit service reports, job cards, and checklists after each visit.
- Update service details in CRM/HRMS or service software.
- Maintain records of spares consumption and submit indents when required.
- Ensure customer signatures and feedback on service reports.
Safety & Compliance
- Follow all safety guidelines, HSE norms, and Kirloskar safety standards during service activities.
- Use PPEs and ensure safe working practices at all times.
- Participate in safety audits, mock drills, and toolbox talks as instructed.
Customer Handling
- Maintain professional behavior at customer sites.
- Educate customers on basic operation and maintenance practices.
- Coordinate with Service Manager for escalations or repeat issues.
Coordination & Training
- Coordinate with spare parts, stores, and logistics teams for material requirements.
- Attend technical trainings conducted by the company or OEM (Kirloskar).
- Support senior engineers or trainees during joint visits when required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
