Key Responsibilities
- Conduct interactive workshops and training sessions in schools.
- Deliver age-appropriate skill development programs for students .
- Create engaging learning experiences using activities, games, discussions, and presentations.
- Coordinate with school management and teachers for workshop scheduling and execution.
- Maintain student engagement and classroom discipline during sessions.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, and activity sheets.
- Collect feedback and submit workshop reports after sessions.
- Travel to schools as per workshop schedules.
- Represent the organization professionally during school visits.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Communication, Management, or related fields.
- Strong communication and public speaking skills.
- Confidence in handling school students and group activities.
- Ability to conduct energetic and interactive sessions.
- Basic knowledge of presentation tools such as PowerPoint or Google Slides.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi/Punjabi preferred.
Pay: ₹1,500.00 - ₹3,500.00 per day
