Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Junior Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect with the ability to create clear and precise diagrams using AutoCAD. They should possess an in-depth understanding of all steps related to project completion and should be able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure timely execution. Regular quality assurance checks are a part if the job to ensure that all regulations and standards are being adhered to.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creating plans and drawings which clearly outline the architectural design of the project.
2. Conducting site evaluations to ensure the quality of work and adherence to safety standards.
3. Overseeing and making recommendations throughout the entire construction process.
4. Collaborating with various teams to establish goals, schedules, and budgets.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
2. A Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction and architecture.
3. Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills.
4. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
