The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ELV/ICT systems drafting, BIM coordination, and telecom infrastructure design for building, residential, industrial, and infrastructure projects across the GCC.

Prepare detailed ELV/ICT design, shop, coordination, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and other drafting software

Develop engineering drawings including layouts, sections, profiles, and basic arrangements from BIM models

Extract 3D models for clash detection, schedule reviews, and quantity surveying purposes

Ensure all models and drawings comply with project specifications, BIM requirements, and company quality standards

Coordinate with architects, engineers, and multidisciplinary teams to resolve design conflicts

Prepare telecommunications room layouts, structured cabling systems, equipment room drawings, and backbone routing plans
-
Maintain project documentation, cover sheets, and drawing revisions

Support BIM coordination and model management activities throughout project lifecycles

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering from an accredited institution

Minimum 5+ years of experience in building, residential, industrial, and infrastructure projects within GCC/UAE

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Navisworks, and Revit

Strong knowledge of ELV/ICT systems, including:

Audio-Visual Systems

Structured Cabling Systems

Knowledge of telecommunications rooms, equipment rooms, backbone cabling, and horizontal cabling systems

Ability to set up and manage new Revit project files

Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and computer skills

Experience in engineering consultancy projects preferred

Strong understanding of BIM workflows and coordination processes
