We are looking for a Head of People Empowerment who will lead the design and execution of our people strategy and help create an environment where individuals and teams can perform at their highest potential.
This is not a traditional HR role. This is a strategic leadership position focused on building systems, enabling leaders, and shaping culture as the organization scales.
Key Responsibilities1. Build the People Strategy
- Align people strategy with organizational goals and growth plans
- Design frameworks integrating hiring, performance, and development
- Ensure clarity in roles, expectations, and accountability
2. Strengthen Talent & Onboarding
- Develop hiring frameworks focused on capability and cultural alignment
- Create structured onboarding experiences for new hires
- Support managers in making effective hiring decisions
3. Drive Learning & Capability Building
- Build learning pathways for different functions and career stages
- Enable managers to coach and develop their teams
- Create internal learning and development programs
- Ensure learning initiatives translate into measurable performance improvement
4. Own Performance & Growth Systems
- Design and implement performance review frameworks
- Drive quarterly reviews, feedback systems, and growth discussions
- Support both high performers and improvement plans where needed
- Ensure fairness, transparency, and consistency in performance management
5. Build Culture & Employee Experience
- Embed the philosophy of “Learn, Grow, Enjoy” into everyday work
- Strengthen employee engagement, communication, and recognition systems
- Foster collaboration, trust, and ownership across teams
- Proactively address conflicts and employee concerns
6. Enable Leadership Effectiveness
- Coach managers on people management and leadership skills
- Strengthen leadership capability across levels
- Support succession planning and internal growth opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in People Strategy, Talent Development, or Organizational Development
- Proven ability to build scalable people systems and processes
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working closely with senior leadership teams
- Ability to balance culture, business goals, and employee growth
- Strategic thinker with strong execution capability
What This Role Is Not
This role is not focused on administrative HR or transactional processes.
This role is about:
- Building systems and structures
- Enabling leaders and teams
- Creating sustainable culture and performance frameworks
- Driving long-term organizational growth through people
