Job Summary
We are seeking fresh graduates and diploma holders who are passionate about technical operations, facility management, and critical infrastructure. Selected candidates will receive hands-on training in Building Management Systems (BMS), MEP operations, and data center facility management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring Building Management Systems (BMS) and facility infrastructure.
- Support the operation and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, firefighting, and utility systems.
- Perform routine inspections and record equipment readings.
- Report alarms, faults, and operational issues to senior technicians.
- Assist in preventive maintenance activities.
- Maintain operational logs and documentation.
- Follow safety procedures and operational guidelines.
- Learn and support data center facility operations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma / ITI in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical disciplines.
- 0 - 1 year of experience. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong willingness to learn and work in a technical environment.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, or facility management.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, BMS, SCADA, or industrial automation concepts is an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
