We are looking for a skilled CAD Drafter with a minimum of 2 years of experience in preparing production drawings and shop drawings for residential and commercial projects. Knowledge of BOQ preparation is an added advantage.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed production drawings and shop drawings for execution
- Develop accurate technical drawings based on design concepts and site measurements
- Coordinate with design, site, and production teams
- Revise drawings as per project requirements and site conditions
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Assist in BOQ (Bill of Quantities) preparation
- Support quantity estimation and material take-offs when required
- Skilled in Sketchup
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant drafting experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and related drafting software
- Strong understanding of residential and commercial detailing
- Knowledge of interior/furniture production drawings preferred
- Basic understanding of BOQ preparation and measurements
- Good attention to detail and coordination skills
