Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our brand presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital trends, content creation, audience engagement and performance analytics. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant channels.
- Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, content writers, videographers, etc.) for content creation.
- Manage day-to-day social media activities including posting, monitoring, and audience engagement.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer queries on social media platforms in a timely manner.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital opportunities.
- Run and optimize paid social media campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare performance reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute brand campaigns, promotions, and events.
- Ensure brand consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
- Basic understanding of paid advertising (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with strong storytelling and content ideation abilities.
- Knowledge of graphic design/video editing tools is an added advantage.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
- Familiarity with trending content formats such as reels, shorts, and live sessions.
