Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
- Assist in pitching products/services to prospective clients
- Schedule meetings and follow-ups with leads
- Maintain and update CRM data regularly
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets
- Prepare reports on lead generation and sales activities
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing concepts
- Good convincing and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
