ServiceNow AI Engineer / ServiceNow GenAI DeveloperJob Description
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow AI Engineer with strong expertise in ServiceNow platform development, Generative AI, Now Assist, and workflow automation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing and implementing AI-powered solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystem, including AI Agents, RAG-based solutions, integrations, and intelligent automation workflows.
The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and platform teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing AI-driven ServiceNow solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Build and customize Now Assist skills, AI Search, Virtual Agent, and AI-powered workflows.
- Develop and maintain Agentic AI workflows and AI Agents for ITSM/HRSD/CSM use cases.
- Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) based solutions using enterprise knowledge sources.
- Work on Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Service Portal, Workspaces, and custom applications.
- Develop integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Create and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, ACLs, and Workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Optimize prompts, AI responses, and automation flows for better user experience and operational efficiency.
- Participate in code reviews, deployment activities, and production support.
- Ensure platform security, scalability, and best practices are followed.

- 1+ years of experience in AI / GenAI / Now Assist implementations preferred.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
