Key Responsibilities
Demo Classes & Student Conversion
* Conduct engaging and professional CELPIP demo sessions.
* Identify student weaknesses within the first interaction.
* Build confidence and trust with prospective students.
* Explain CELPIP scoring criteria and improvement strategies clearly.
* Demonstrate expertise that motivates students to enroll.
* Work closely with the counseling team to improve demo-to-enrollment conversion.
* Handle student concerns and objections naturally during demos.
* Deliver a premium learning experience that differentiates LinguoPrep from competitors.
CELPIP Training
* Teach Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking modules.
* Conduct live classes and mock test sessions.
* Evaluate student performance using CELPIP rubrics.
* Provide detailed feedback and score-improvement plans.
* Help students achieve target scores efficiently.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CELPIP training experience
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Experience conducting demo sessions
- Deep understanding of CELPIP scoring system
- Comfortable teaching students located in Canada
- Strong confidence in handling live classes and student interactions
- Ability to explain concepts in a simple and engaging manner
