About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Azure Data Architect with strong expertise in Microsoft Fabric to design and lead enterprise-scale data platform initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting modern data lakehouse and data warehousing solutions on Azure, ensuring scalability, security, performance, governance, and cost optimization. This role requires deep technical expertise across Azure Data Services, Microsoft Fabric, data engineering frameworks, and enterprise data architecture best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-scale Azure and Microsoft Fabric data architectures.
- Build scalable, secure, resilient, and cost-efficient data platforms.
- Define data lakehouse, enterprise data warehouse, and big data processing strategies.
- Architect metadata-driven ETL/ELT frameworks and reusable ingestion patterns.
- Lead architecture decisions involving Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse, ADLS Gen2, and Microsoft Fabric.
- Implement data governance, lineage, cataloging, security, and data quality frameworks.
- Optimize platform performance, scalability, and cloud consumption costs.
- Design semantic models and reporting layers for Power BI and Tableau.
- Establish DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and deployment automation standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, analytics teams, and engineering groups to define enterprise data strategies.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹2,800,000.00 per year
