About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office & Marketing Assistant to support daily office operations and assist with marketing activities. The ideal candidate should be organized, willing to learn, and comfortable working with computers, social media, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities : Office Administration
- Manage day-to-day office tasks and documentation.
- Maintain records, files, and spreadsheets.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and reports as required.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments.
Marketing & Lead Generation
- Manage and update social media pages.
- Post content on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Research potential customers and collect business leads.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns.
- Update website content when required.
- Maintain CRM and lead databases.
- Follow up with prospects and existing customers.
- Support online advertising and promotional activities.
General Support
- Assist management with daily business operations.
- Perform data entry and internet research tasks.
- Help maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Complete other business-related tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).
- Good communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms.
- Ability to learn new software and tools.
- Organized, punctual, and responsible.
- Prior office or marketing experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Preferred Skills
- Canva or basic graphic design knowledge.
- Basic understanding of websites and digital marketing.
- Experience with lead generation or customer service.
Pay: Up to ₹8,000.00 per month
