A Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) – English is responsible for teaching English Language and Literature to senior secondary students in accordance with the prescribed curriculum. The role includes preparing lesson plans, delivering engaging and interactive classroom instruction, conducting assessments, evaluating answer scripts, maintaining academic records, and providing constructive feedback to enhance students' language proficiency, communication skills, and critical thinking. The PGT English teacher also prepares students for board examinations, promotes reading, writing, public speaking, and literary appreciation through co-curricular activities, ensures effective classroom management, participates in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development programmes, while upholding the academic standards, values, and policies of the School.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per hour
