Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-friendly CRM Executive to manage customer interactions across Instagram, WhatsApp, and other communication channels. The role involves assisting customers with product inquiries, coordinating with store teams, and helping convert inquiries into sales, especially for jewellery and textiles.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries on Instagram, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
- Coordinate with different store teams to gather product details, availability, pricing, photos, and other information required by customers.
- Guide customers through their purchase journey and help close sales, particularly for jewellery.
- Assist customers with textile and saree-related inquiries when required.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Support marketing efforts by communicating product highlights, offers, and new arrivals effectively.
- Maintain records of customer inquiries and follow-ups.
Requirements
- Good communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Basic English and Telugu proficiency is mandatory.
- Hindi speaking ability is a plus.
- Enthusiasm to learn about jewellery, sarees, textiles, and fashion products.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and stores.
- Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.
- Basic smartphone and social media knowledge.
