Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete accounting functions including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Bank Reconciliation.
- Finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure timely closure of books of accounts.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, Professional Tax, PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns within prescribed timelines.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial analysis, cash flow statements, and management reports.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Monitor working capital, receivables, payables, and cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.
- Handle payroll accounting and salary reconciliations.
- Liaise with banks for banking operations, loan documentation, and credit facilities.
- Manage fixed assets, depreciation, inventory accounting, and reconciliations.
- Lead and mentor the accounts team to ensure accuracy and timely completion of tasks.
- Support management with financial planning and strategic decision-making.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC compliance, and statutory regulations.
- Hands-on experience in finalization of accounts.
- Expertise in financial reporting and MIS.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting standards and taxation.
Educational Qualification:
- CA Inter / CMA inter / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / B.Com with relevant experience.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
