Job Summary
The Branch Manager is responsible for overall management and performance of the Three Wheeler Auto / LMM showroom. This includes sales growth, team management, customer satisfaction, finance coordination, stock control, compliance, and profitability of the branch. The role requires strong leadership, local market knowledge, and experience in automobile dealership operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for three-wheeler autos (Diesel / CNG / EV).
- Develop local market strategies to increase footfall, enquiries, and conversions.
- Coordinate with corporate sales, fleet operators, and individual customers.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Team Management
- Recruit, train, and supervise sales executives, field staff, and office staff.
- Set targets, monitor daily performance, and conduct regular reviews.
- Ensure staff discipline, attendance, and productivity.
Customer Relationship Management
- Ensure excellent customer experience from enquiry to delivery.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Build long-term relationships with repeat and referral customers.
Finance & Documentation
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and in-house finance partners for loan approvals.
- Ensure accurate documentation for sales, finance, registration, and insurance.
- Track finance pending cases and improve approval ratios.
- Excel proficent and report generation.
Inventory & Operations
- Manage vehicle stock, delivery planning, and yard control.
- Ensure proper PDI, billing, registration, and handover processes.
- Monitor accessories sales and service coordination (if applicable).
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with OEM guidelines, RTO norms, and company policies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports (sales, stock, finance, ageing).
- Maintain branch records, cash control, and audit readiness.

Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
- 3–7 years experience in automobile dealership, preferably three-wheelers or LMM
- Strong knowledge of vehicle sales, finance, and RTO processes
- Experience in managing a team and achieving targets
