Job Overview
Shubham Engineering Works is looking for a skilled Industrial Furnace Operator to join our manufacturing team in Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh. The ideal candidate should have experience in furnace operations, mould making, and metal casting processes while ensuring safety, quality, and production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor industrial furnaces for metal melting and heat treatment processes.
- Prepare, operate, and maintain furnaces according to production requirements.
- Perform mould making and assist in metal casting operations.
- Monitor furnace temperature, fuel consumption, and melting cycles.
- Ensure proper handling of molten metal and raw materials following safety standards.
- Inspect cast products for quality and report any defects.
- Carry out routine maintenance and cleaning of furnace equipment.
- Follow all safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to meet daily production targets.
- Maintain production records and report equipment issues to supervisors.
Eligibility
- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / ITI / Diploma (Preferred).
- 6 Months to 3 Years of experience as an Industrial Furnace Operator, Furnace Helper, Heat Treatment Operator, Casting Operator, or Mould Maker.
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also apply.
- Experience in the engineering, foundry, casting, or manufacturing industry is preferred.
